Our small Cajon-Ashiko stands 24" tall with a 10" head. Great for a playing in the higher tonal range and with plenty of speed and attack.
Each drum is unique and hand-crafted using American Black Walnut wood for the body and Baltic Birch for the head or tapa. This drum is a Rhythm House Drums original. We combined the idea of the cajon and ashiko to make a drum that has a mix of a conga and cajon sound but is played without bending over a box as you do with a cajon.
